Nutrition Counselling aims to unify not only the nutritional aspect of your life, but the physical, emotional, environmental and spiritual components as well. Through a series of sessions, we work together to correct specific imbalances and weaknesses in the body which in the end bringing the body to equilibrium (balance).
This program is an overview of your eating patterns, nutritional requirements and general nutritional program. Melissa will provide you with a comparative analysis to get you on the right track. You will complete the Weekly Food Journal prior to consultation.
