About the Author


Alyse Jantzen, RMT graduated from Kikkawa College School of Massage Therapy in 1996 and has 17 years of experience in massage therapy. Alyse uses a holistic approach using any combination of Swedish massage, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage therapy, hydrotherapy, remedial exercises, postural assessments, and self care to help clients achieve their optimum health goals. She is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario (RMTAO), and also the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC). Alyse looks forward to working with the team at Therapy Lounge to help make clients’ health journeys a fantastic experience.
