We are located at 2152 Queen Street East. just seconds away from the picturesque Glen Stewart ravine.
Meet Our Team
We offer flexible (morning, afternoon and evening) hours, 7 days a week. The calm beach boardwalk is just 2 blocks south.
You can use this session as a quick warm-up before a workout to prepare the muscle tissue, or simply perform in the morning to get the blood flowing and lubricate the joints.
