  • Monday 9:00 am – 2:45 pm (appointment times: 9:00, 10:45, 12:00, & 1:15)
  • Tuesday 9:00 am – 2:45 pm (appointment times: 9:00, 10:45, 12:00, & 1:15)
  • Wednesday 9:00 am – 2:30 pm (appointment times: 9:00, 10:45, 12:00, & 1:15)
  • Saturday  9:00 am – 2:15 pm (appointment times: 9:00, 10:15, 11:30, & 12:45) (*Alternating Saturdays – On the 2nd & 4th Saturday of the month)

Erika has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2003. She has lived and worked in the Beach area for over 15 years now and loves the community. She is a proud mom of two kids, as well as a mix-breed dog.
Erika loves working with clients to help them achieve a healthy lifestyle. From relaxation, injury rehabilitation and prevention, pre-natal treatment, and fixing those tense muscles that happen to us all, she is here to help. Erika believes with the right self-care and team of practitioners to help, we can all feel our best.
