Tarilyn Allmark, RMT

Tarilyn has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2010 after graduating from Centennial College with an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy. With a keen interest in pharmacology and pathophysiology, she also holds a diploma in Pharmacy Technology, which deepens her understanding of how various health factors influence the body’s healing process.

Patient-centered in her approach, Tarilyn is dedicated to helping each individual move forward in their health and well-being journey. Her experience spans both spa and medical settings, where she has developed a reputation for being an active listener who creates a calm, supportive, and comfortable environment for her patients.

Specializing in both relaxation and deep tissue massage, Tarilyn skillfully blends these modalities to deliver treatments that are soothing yet highly effective in reducing pain and muscle stiffness.

Outside of her practice, Tarilyn is an avid trivia enthusiast who enjoys reading, taking walks along the Beach, and spending time at the cottage.
