Megan Evans, RMT, CR

Megan Evans is a Registered Massage Therapist, Certified Reflexologist, and SPIDERTECH™ Kinesiology Taping Provider. Her approach to care is individualized, with treatment adapted to each patient’s needs, preferences, and goals.

Originally from a small town in Northern Ontario, Megan developed an early interest in health and nature through an active childhood and participation in outdoor sports. Her own experiences with musculoskeletal discomfort introduced her to Massage Therapy and inspired her to pursue a career in the profession.

Megan graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Sault College in 2003 and moved to Toronto’s Beach community to begin her professional practice. In 2006, she became a Certified Reflexologist through the School of Footsteps Reflexology. She has also completed NISA (Neuromuscular Integration and Structural Alignment) training and additional training in SPIDERTECH™ Kinesiology Taping.

As the founder and owner of Therapy Lounge, Megan has built a multidisciplinary wellness clinic that brings together practitioners from a variety of professional backgrounds. She values an individualized approach to care and believes in providing patients with education and practical strategies that can support their ongoing wellness.

Before beginning treatment, Megan will discuss your needs, preferences, and goals with you. The techniques used during your Massage Therapy treatment will depend on her education, training, experience, competence, and professional scope of practice. Reflexology and SPIDERTECH™ Kinesiology Taping can be provided as specialized services based on the treatment selected and your individual needs.
