Since 2007, Therapy Lounge has been a trusted destination for comprehensive, compassionate care in Toronto’s Beaches community. Our diverse team of practitioners blends the wisdom of holistic therapies with evidence-informed practice to support your whole health — body, mind, and spirit.

Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to prioritize your health and well-being — we’re so glad you’ve booked time for yourself at Therapy Lounge.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the time to another client in need.

Appointments missed or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

This policy allows our practitioners to manage their schedules effectively and continue providing the best care to all our clients.

Missed and late cancellations are charged the FULL scheduled fee.

Please note: Insurance companies cannot be billed for the cost of canceled or missed appointments.

Contact Us

Conveniently located in the quiet East side of the Beach, seconds away from the picturesque Glen Stewart ravine and the calming beach boardwalk is a 2 minute stroll South. We are street level accessible by foot, car, or streetcar.

You can find us on the North sunny side of Queen across the street from Home Hardware. Parking is available on Queen St. East or on the local residential streets.

If you are using the Green P parking app, you can add money to your parking spot directly from your phone! The parking codes are 5840 for the north side of the street and 5846 for the south side.
