Since 2007, Therapy Lounge has been a trusted destination for comprehensive, compassionate care in Toronto’s Beaches community. Our diverse team of practitioners blends the wisdom of holistic therapies with evidence-informed practice to support your whole health — body, mind, and spirit.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

More than 24 hours’ notice:
Your appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled without a cancellation fee.

Less than 24 hours’ notice:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to the full session fee. Any decision to waive or reduce the fee is at the discretion of the treating practitioner.

No-shows:
Missed appointments are subject to the full session fee.

Late arrivals:
If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time in order to respect the following appointment. The full scheduled session fee applies.

Conveniently located in the quiet East side of the Beach, seconds away from the picturesque Glen Stewart ravine and the calming beach boardwalk is a 2 minute stroll South. We are street level accessible by foot, car, or streetcar.

You can find us on the North sunny side of Queen across the street from Home Hardware. Parking is available on Queen St. East or on the local residential streets.

If you are using the Green P parking app, you can add money to your parking spot directly from your phone! The parking codes are 5840 for the north side of the street and 5846 for the south side.
