Lymphatic Drainage Massage re-circulates the lymphatic flow to stimulate the immune system & parasympathetic nervous system. Since the lymphatic flow is just below the skin’s surface, light pressure with flat hands is applied during a treatment. Stimulation of the lymphatic system can aid in boosting immunity, allergy relief, cleansing of toxins, edema, drainage of varicose veins, fibromyalgia & chronic fatigue syndrome. Full treatments usually are 1 hour in length. An additional 15-minute Reflexology treatment can be added for increased benefit.
