Craniosacral
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, non-invasive osteopathic method of treating restrictions of the brain and spinal cord. The brain has dural membrane containing cerebrospinal fluid that can become restricted causing brain and spinal cord problems of the sensory, motor or central nervous system.
Craniosacral causes an “unwinding” of tension throughout the body and encourages your body’s own natural healing while enhancing your general health, and resistance to disease. More common issues include migraines, insomnia, tinnitus, and anxiety.
