“In essence, if we want to direct our lives, we must take control of our consistent actions. It’s not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives, but what we do consistently. ~ Anthony Robbins

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Precautions:

It’s with very heavy hearts that we have made the tough decision to temporarily closed our doors from Tuesday March 17th to Sunday March 29th. By doing so we are taking this proactive step to do our part to encourage social distancing and to help flatten the curve of COVID-19.

During this 2 week period, we will continue to stay informed to determine whether it is safe or not to reopen the clinic.

How to protect yourself:
There are everyday actions that can help prevent the spread of germs that cause respiratory illnesses. Take these everyday steps to reduce exposure to the virus and protect your health:
-Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer
-Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
-Avoid close contact with people who are ill
-Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then immediately throw the tissue in the garbage and wash your hands
-If you don’t have a tissue, sneeze or cough into your sleeve or arm
-Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces
PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING
STAY HOME IF YOU ARE ILL
